When Are The Meetings?
1. EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS: The HOST Executive Board meets once a month or as needed in order to keep each other updated with any issues, needs, and plans of the HOST House.
2. GENERAL BOARD MEETINGS: These meetings are open to all and provide an opportunity to engage, discuss, and shape our collective vision. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every quarter (February, May, August, & November) at 6PM at the Patterson-Westley Chamber of Commerce.
